About Me : I am a writer of poetry and fiction in a

My main influences stem from the books of authors such as Ben Elton, Irvine Welsh, Val McDermid and Alexi Sayle. As a new writer of fiction it is difficult to remain completely original as most ideas have already been used by other writers. The best you can do is to take an established idea and take it in a different direction.

A small number of my poems have been featured in various poetry magazines around the U.K. My next goal is to have my first work of fiction published. For me it's not about winning major awards or earning millions from book sales. I would be happy in earning twelve grand a year as a published novelist and never winning any awards.
