The following non-exclusive agreement allows AuthorsZone.Com
to aggressively promote authors and their works for discovery by readers!

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
AuthorZone.Com provides AuthorZone.Com AZProfile service to you, subject to the following AuthorZone.Com AZProfile Agreement, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you.

SERVICE
AuthorZone.Com provides writers and authors the resources to create AZProfiles with biography and a place to post their writings with the: a) intent of promoting writers and authors, and their published and unpublished work. b) making it avaialble to readers on the internet in an organized fashion. I understand and agree that the AZProfile Service is provided "AS-IS" and that AuthorZone.Com assumes no responsibility for the content you provide nor for its availablability on AuthorZone.Com' website or elsewhere.

OBLIGATIONS
I agree to: (a) provide factual, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your writing (such information being the AZProfile) and (b) take full responsibility for maintaining my AZProfile to keep it true, up to date. If I provide any information that is false, inaccurate, nor current, or AuthorZone.Com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false or stolen, AuthorZone.Com has the right to suspend or terminate your AZProfile resources and refuse any and all current or future use (or any portion thereof).

MARKETING
I agree that AuthorZone.Com may preserve AZProfiles and may also disclose AZProfiles to Internet users, readers, book stores, editors, printers, publishers, marketers, and business partners to best promote writers and authors and their writing. I agree to allow AuthorZone.Com to formate my work and information so as to provide visitors with fast and efficient data recovery and transmission over vast internet networks world wide as AuthorZone.Com sees fit.

I understand that AuthorZone.Com does not pre-screen any Writers or authors, but that AuthorZone.Com shall have the right (but not the obligation) as their sole discretion to refuse, delete, or move any AZProfile that is available via the AZProfile Service. I understand that I must evaluate, and bear all liabilities associated with, the use of any AZProfile, including any reliance on the accuracy, truthfulness, or usefulness of such AZProfile.

TRADEMARKS
I hereby grant AuthorZone.Com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use my trademarks, service marks and trade names ( the "Trademarks"), for the purpose of advancing the promotion and marketing the my work.

OWNERSHIP
I warrant to AuthorZone.Com that I, the Writer/Author/owner am the sole owner of the Material I submit and all related intellectual property and that neither the Materials or the exercise of any rights or licenses granted by this Agreement will a.) violate any contract by which I am bound or any law or regulation that applies to the Materials or its use, b.) infringe or misappropriate any "Trademarks", copyright or other intellectual property rights of anyone else, nor a party to this Agreement, c.) cause defamation of any person(s) or otherwise violate any law or right of anyone whi is not a party to this Agreement.

RELATIONSHIP
AuthorZone.Com and I, the Writer/Author/Owner shall be "Independent Contractors", and nothing in this Agreement, nor the performance thereof, shall create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between the us. I have no authority to make or accept any form of liability on AuthorZone.Com 's behalf nor any of its associates. employees or affiliates. I agree to review this agreement from time to time as I understand that AuthorZone.Com may change this agreement without notice at any time.

INDEMNITY
I shall indemnify and hold harmless AuthorZone.Com its officers, agents affiliates and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by anyone due to or arising out of my use of my AZProfile and services.

MODIFICATIONS
AuthorZone.Com reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the AZProfile Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. I agree that AuthorZone.Com shall not be liable to me or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the AZProfile Service.

TERMINATION
I agree that AuthorZone.Com , may terminate my account at its sole discretion (or any part thereof) or use of the AZProfile Service, and remove and discard any AZProfiles within the AZProfile Service, for any reason at any time.  Further, I agree that AuthorZone.Com shall not be held liable to you or any third-party for any termination of my access to the AZProfile or Service.

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

a. YOUR USE OF THE AZProfile SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE AZA IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AuthorZone.Com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

b. AuthorZone.Com MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE "AZProfile SERVICE" WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (ii) THE "AZProfile SERVICE" WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE "AZProfile SERVICE" WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

c. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM AuthorZone.Com OR THROUGH OR FROM THE "AZProfile SERVICE" SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE "AZProfile SERVICE."

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT AuthorZone.Com SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF AuthorZone.Com HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (i) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE AZProfile SERVICE; (ii) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR ARTS PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE AZProfile SERVICE; (iii) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (iv) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE AZProfile SERVICE; OR (v) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE AZA. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT AUTHORZONE.COM HAS A NO REFUND POLICY AND YOU WILL NEVER CLAIM A REFUND FOR ANY SERVICES YOU PURCHASE FROM AUTHORZONE.COM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU AGREE EEVER TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST AUTHORZONE.COM FOR ANY REASON.

GENERAL
This written Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between members and AuthorZone.Com and supersedes any prior agreements. Such consent may not be unreasonably withheld. The Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and International Law, and any attempt to enforce this Agreement shall be brought in a Court of Law in the United States and/or International Court recognized by the United Nations.

VIOLATIONS
Please report any violations of the AZA to WEBMASTER@AUTHORZONE.COM
